Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TRENDHUE.COM. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items or final sale merchandise.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Intimate apparel such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  3. Please securely package the item(s) and include the return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within [7-10] business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take an additional [3-5] business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item in returnable condition. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at trendhue@gmail.com or whatsapp +91 6291574791. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank details again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return items to us. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
