Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
